Not at all. Each Angel’s Five-Star Pet Care franchisee operates independently under their own LLC, managing their business within their exclusive area, while following the franchise’s quality standards and brand guidelines.

The Angel’s franchise offers four essential services: pet sitting, dog walking, pet assistance, and end-of-life support. These services form the core of our offering and are available in each of our franchises. A franchisee may enhance their offer with additional services, subject to approval by the brand and provided that our premium standards are upheld.

At Angel’s, pet sitting is designed as a high-end service based on strict standards: personalized care for each animal, impeccable organization, full availability and flexibility, refined and transparent communication (photos, videos, reports), certified expertise, total discretion, optimal safety, and the animal’s complete well-being. 9. Is there support after training?
Absolutely! Once you complete training and take ownership of your territory, we continue to support you with expert guidance, business advice, and ongoing communication whenever you need it.

10. What’s included in the franchise agreement?
You’ll receive an exclusive Angel’s Five-Star Pet Care territory of approximately 100,000 households (around 250,000 residents). No other franchisee can operate within your area.

You select the city and ZIP codes you’re interested in, based on your preferences, where you plan to live, the local demographics, and the availability of pet-friendly spaces. Tip: choose an urban or suburban area with strong pet ownership rates for maximum recurring demand.

12. What are the main requirements to become a franchisee?
To join Angel’s Five-Star Pet Care, you should:
– Truly love animals and have pet ownership experience
– Be motivated to run your own business
– Have the required investment capacity (for an E2 Visa if applicable)

13. Do I need to speak fluent English?
You don’t need perfect English, but basic communication skills are essential for interacting with clients. We recommend taking a few English lessons before relocating.

14. Do I need a visa to operate the franchise in the U.S.?
Yes, if you’re not already a U.S. resident. You’ll need an E2 Investor Visa, granted by the U.S. Embassy in your country once you’ve purchased your Angel’s Five-Star Pet Care franchise territory.

15. Does the franchisor handle the visa process?
No, that’s not our area of expertise, and it’s a crucial step in your relocation process. We recommend working with an immigration attorney or specialized consulting firm. However, we can connect you with our trusted partner law firm in Santa Barbara, which specializes in E2 visas and Green Card.

16. What is the total investment required?
The total budget depends on your chosen territory and personal situation. Administrative and visa-related fees vary. Your immigration attorney will provide details, but we’ll give you an overall cost estimate during our first meeting. 

17. How long does it take from signing to relocation?
Each case is unique. The timeline depends on your personal situation, how quickly your file is prepared and processed by the embassy, and your relocation plans. Your immigration attorney or consultant will give you a more accurate estimate.

18. How soon can I start my business?
Once your training and administrative steps are complete, you can launch your Angel’s franchise in just a few weeks and start welcoming your first clients shortly after!
